The Rourkin clan broke from the rest of the Dwemer in 1E 420. Though currently inhabited by the human Redguards, Hammerfell was originally founded by the Dwemer.
It was just a passing glance at a decal on the side of the console in a spaceship, but it pretty closely resembled the provinces of High Rock and Hammerfell in The Elder Scrolls 6 's world of Tamriel. If that is true, it could signal the return of the Dwemer (aka the Dwarves) in The Elder Scrolls 6. The location for Elder Scrolls 6 has been revealed as Hammerfell, but that doesn't mean that the neighboring region of High Rock has been ruled out completely.
